"We first took our dog to Cobble Hill Animal Hospital in 2018 and instantly knew we had found the right place. When she was spayed here, the team walked us through every step of the process, answered all of our many, many questions, and made sure we felt completely at ease. Their compassion and expertise were evident in every interaction. One moment that truly stood out was during a nail trim—multiple groomers and clinics had struggled to get our dog to lay down, but their senior veterinary technician created such a safe and trusting environment that our dog walked right over to her and laid down without any hesitation. “This vet clinic is simply lovely. The staff are so friendly and the doctors are top-notch. I never felt rushed or as though they didn't have time to answer my questions. The vet even took the time to give me some advice on training and behaviour. All of the staff were so gentle and kind to my puppy and they seem to genuinely love animals - they're not treated as just "another client". My puppy healed incredibly fast from his neutering as I believe they were really gentle with him during the procedure. I don't ever feel "gouged" here and would recommend this clinic to everyone. During COVID they were careful to have great policies in place that were both convenient and safe without disruption to what they offered or increased wait times.”
